125 g of milk | 125 g of water | 110 g of butter | 150g of flour | 3 eggs | oil | salt | sugar
Heat a saucepan in the fire with milk, water, butter, salt and sugar.
When it begins to boil, add the flour by boiling well for a couple of minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the eggs, stirring constantly.
Place the resulting dough in a pastry bag to make small portions that fry with plenty of very hot oil, once fried, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
