Apreciada Clara, para personas que sufren fibromialgia se recomienda relajación, calor, gimnasia suave y baños de agua caliente. Nuestro masaje SOFIA FUSIÓN tiene todo esto, ya que es relajante. Movilizamos articulaciones de forma suave (como una gimnasia pasiva), las camillas están calefactadas y el circuito de hidroterapia (incluido con el masaje) tiene todas las piscinas entre 31-33 grados.
