Tasques i funcions a realitzar:
· Acompanyar i assistir els/les convidats i talents durant la seva agenda al festival (photocalls, rodes de premsa, projeccions, entrevistes, catifes vermelles, etc.).
· Coordinar trasllats, horaris i activitats en consonància amb altres departaments del festival (departaments de Convidats, Transports, Màrqueting, Premsa i Comunicació, Indústria...).
· Representar el festival amb una actitud professional, cordial, discreta i resolutiva.
· Gestionar incidències de forma ràpida i eficient.
· Vetllar per la comoditat i bona experiència dels talents durant la seva participació al festival.
· Altres que dins del seu àmbit li puguin ser encomanades.

Requisits específics:
• Experiència prèvia com a relacions públiques (host), assistent de producció, protocol o atenció al client en esdeveniments.
• Disponibilitat completa durant les dates del festival.

Idiomes:
· Català: C1
· Castellà: mínim B1
· Anglès: mínim B1
· Es valoraran altres idiomes.

Es valorarà:
• Excel·lent presència i habilitats interpersonals.
• Persona organitzada, discreta, empàtica i proactiva.

Tipus de contracte: fix discontinu
Període de contractació: del 06/10/2026 al 22/10/2026 jornada completa
Retribució bruta mensual: 1.717,73 €
