Ingredients:
4 garlic peeled and without heart | 3 calçots (previously cooked on the grill and especially the thickest) | 250gr. Toasted and peeled almonds | Sweet paprika (to taste) | A piece of parsley | 1/2 l. Natural tomato sauce | 1 teaspoon mini sugar | 1/4 l. Of Oil | 1 tablespoon of vinegar | salt to taste.
All the ingredients are placed in the container of the kitchen robot or electric hand mixer and they are mashed and mixed well adding olive oil slowly until obtaining a homogenous texture.
