Ingredients:
Figs | 2-3 egg yolks | 2 tablespoons sugar | Sweet wine | Mint leaves
To make the cream, beat in a bowl the egg yolks with the sugar and add a dash of sweet wine. Place the cut figs in half and cover with the cream. Decorate the dish with the mint leaves and ready, simple and delicious.
